The bungalow-style cottage retains charm of original details with 100 year-old history, yet is full of modern upgrades. It features a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, two cozy living areas, and a laundry room, along with a backyard and front patio for your exclusive use. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has an antique dresser and large walk in closet. The bathroom features the charming original clawfoot tub (and a waterfall shower).
