PHOTOGRAPHY INFO & POLICIES

Please read and familiarize yourself with the policies as you prepare for your photo shoot.

Payment is refundable if cancelled 3 days or more before day of rental. If cancelled under 3 days, deposit in retained as cancellation fee.

Guests are limited to 3 persons - *including Photographer.

You are only allowed to use the space from 12pm-1:30pm (following 11:45am orientation tour).

Spaces Available: You will have access to sitting room, library, dining room, entryway, and staircase inside the property. You will have access to the exterior gardens, porches, and Carriage House as well. Some bedrooms will be available (we cannot guarantee which suites will be open).

Please do not move furniture, art, or decor around in an unreasonable way. If you need to reposition a chair or use a book in a phot, please, be respectful to the space and return everything exactly as was found. Any damage done will be charged up to $200. Any additional clean-up needed will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

An innkeeper will meet you at the front entrance on B Street 11:45am to give a guided tour to photographer only. They will point out spaces that are available to shoot in & those that are off limits (bedrooms with stay over guests).

We appreciate being tagged in photos that are shared on social media so we can see what you create. We also love being shared on client galleries (if possible). We always credit photographers/creators/models/businesses when we share on our platforms/blog.

Above all, please remember: you are not booking a fully private space. Our innkeepers & housekeepers are working around the property doing this time. Especially be mindful of B&B guests as you use the space. For example, if you are shooting on the stair case and a guest needs to go downstairs, please move to another area.
